Boxing Fans Eagerly Await Exciting Matchups on ProBox TV’s Wednesday Night Fights
Main Event: Jukembayev vs. Redkach
On May 22, boxing fans can look forward to an exciting main event matchup on ProBox TV’s Wednesday Night Fights. Junior welterweight contender Batyrzhan Jukembayev (22-1, 16 KOs) will face off against seasoned veteran Ivan Redkach (24-6-1, 19 KOs) in a highly anticipated bout, set to commence at 8 PM EST.
Hailing from Shu, Kazakhstan, the 30-year-old Jukembayev is currently riding a four-fight winning streak, two of which have been secured on the ProBox TV platform. With his sole career defeat coming at the hands of IBF junior welterweight champion Subriel Matias, Jukembayev is determined to secure the most significant victory of his professional tenure against Redkach.
Meanwhile, the 35-year-old Redkach, who now resides in Los Angeles, California, but originally hails from Ukraine, is making his return to the ring after a two-year hiatus. Despite facing top-tier opponents such as Regis Prograis and Danny Garcia in the past, Redkach has yet to secure a victory against such caliber of opposition. He will be looking to turn the tide and upset Jukembayev in their 50-50 matchup.
Co-Feature: Cardoso vs. Lopez
The co-feature of the evening will showcase a junior lightweight clash between Jonhatan Cardoso (16-1, 15 KOs) of São Paulo, Brazil, and Adam “Blunose” Lopez (17-5, 6 KOs) of Glendale, California, in a scheduled 10-round bout that promises to be a thrilling affair.
Undercard Matchups
Additionally, junior welterweight Charles Harris (8-1, 7 KOs) will continue his comeback journey against Kyle Erwin (7-1, 3 KOs) of Oceanside, California, in a matchup between fighters with similar records, both aiming to solidify their positions in the division.
The event will open with a cruiserweight bout featuring Adrian Tillman making his professional debut against the undefeated Jayleen Bullock (1-0, 1 KO) of Wilson, North Carolina, in a four-round contest.
