Espinoza Defends Featherweight Title Against Chirino in Las Vegas
On Friday, Rafael Espinoza will defend his featherweight title in a 12-round bout against challenger Sergio Chirino at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas. The two fighters weighed in on Thursday at the same venue, along with participants in the six additional fights on the card.
In the main event, Espinoza and Chirino both tipped the scales at 125.6 pounds. The judges for their WBO featherweight world title clash will be Tim Cheatham, Max De Luca and Steve Weisfeld, with Raul Caiz Jr. serving as the referee.
Co-Main Event: Vacant NABO Junior Lightweight Title
The co-main event features a vacant NABO junior lightweight title bout between Andres Cortes (130.8 pounds) and Abraham Nova (129.7 pounds). Cortes missed the 130-pound limit by 0.8 pounds, making only Nova eligible to claim the title. The judges are Glenn Feldman, Patricia Morse Jarman and Dave Moretti, with Robert Hoyle as the referee.
Undercard: Vacant NABO Middleweight Title Fight
The undercard includes a vacant NABO middleweight title fight between Troy Isley (158.9 pounds) and Javier Martinez (159.8 pounds), with Chris Migliore, Steve Weisfeld and Zachary Young scoring the contest and Tony Weeks as the referee.

- Bantamweight (8 rounds): Floyd Diaz (117.8) vs. Francisco Pedroza (117.5)
